The hotel's location right outside the slopes is convenient, even though the rooms have a bit of an old-fashioned look. The service was generally nice but sometimes lacked enthusiasm, and the young staff at the ski bar seemed disinterested at times. Surrounded by stunning mountains and clear rivers, the views are absolutely breathtaking. The dining options were acceptable but could use more variety around 9 am. Facilities need a bit of an update.

The hotel is on the edge of the village, right at the bottom of the ski slopes and chair lifts, with unbelievably beautiful mountain views. The location is very good, just a few meters from the downhill slope with lifts and around 7 minutes to the city center featuring a variety of taverns with great food. The rooms could be more convenient as apart from 3 or 4 small rooms that were occupied by visiting football teams, they have a sofa that could be extended but lack some practicality.

The service, though above average, needs improvement as our request was dismissed without considering the broken remote control, but the staff was constantly present and asked for feedback, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The location is fantastic, right at the bottom of the ski slopes and chair lifts with breathtaking mountain views. Just a few meters away from the downhill slope with lifts and a short distance to the city center with charming taverns offering delicious food.

The dining experience was acceptable but repetitive, with a good selection of breads, meats, cheeses, along with hot options like pancakes, bacon, eggs, and continental sausages. The food was nice and had adequate variety.
